Advertised listings

Third parties who purchase listing placements are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Summit Property Group reviews listings before publication and may reject or remove any listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, or violates fair-housing rules. Listing fees are for placement and duration, not for results.

Accounts and liability

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts used in a way that harms the service or other users.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Property Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
